You can buy our products in 3 ways - by sending us an e-mail, sending a fax or registering on our website and buying figurines online.
The prices for figurines and military historical miniatures listed on the site include VAT 22%. Buyers residing outside the EU, as well as clients from the EU having a legal VAT number can get our goods without the inclusion of local VAT. For updates, please contact us prior to payment.
To place an order at our online shop, please register using the REGISTER link on the home page. When registering, please double check your shipping address and e-mail address - this information will be used to fulfill your order. Please do not forget your password for the online shop - passwords are stored in encrypted form, and we cannot recover them.
After registration, add selected items to your shopping cart using the ADD button in the line of your chosen figure. Here you can view and verify the contents of your shopping cart, you can change the quantity or remove items from your cart.
Upon completion of the selection of products you can either pay with your credit card using a secure system of online payments or get an invoice for payment by bank transfer.
When conducting on-line payment, to confirm your order click SEND. You will see the entire order, including the shipping price. If the information is correct - click CREDIT CARD PAYMENT and enter the necessary information.
When choosing the method of payment through a bank, the relevant terms of the order will be specified in the invoice.
After the payment is completed you will receive a confirmation email at the registered e-mail address and within 1-2 working days your order will be sent to the address you have provided.

Shipment of the order is made within 1-2 working days from receipt of confirmation of payment or credit card payment. Shipment is made from the city of Riga, Latvia by mail "Latvijas pasts". The duration of delivery is 5-15 days, depending on the distance. We also perform shipments with a courier service of your choice, which must be negotiated in advance.
The prepared parcel is sent to the address specified in the order or indicated in fax or e-mail. Each parcel is checked by us for careful packaging, quantity and quality of products before shipment.

At your request we can make a shipment by a courier of your choice, for which you need to contact us for further information, because shipping costs may differ from that counted in the order at the on-line shop.
